1. SHIPPING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Brief Job Description:
– Monitoring vessel movement to ensure smooth operational process
– Liaising with Local Agents and principal
– Vessel Administration and Documentation
– Liaising with Clients on vessel schedule, position and other requirement
– Supporting Commercial Team and Management on operations aspects

Requirements:
– Candidate should be independent, motivated, meticulous and have good communication skills (Spoken & Written in English)
– Willing to learn, proactive and dedicated to work even without supervision
– Willing to work outside the norm office hours (standby and easily contactable on mobile)
– Prior Knowledge / Experience in Shipping Operations is required

2. CS & DOCUMENTATION

Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree from a maritime academy or related field.
– Required language : fluent in English & Mandarin verbal & written
– Having logistics background
– Familiar with shipping knowledge
– Preferable has 1-2 years experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
– Can well operate Ms. Office application

Job Description:
– Handling documentation & arrangement of vessel activity
– Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures
– Monitoring discharging / loading activity in port & provide daily report to vessel owner every morning by email
– Reporting vessel departure/berthing activity to vessel owner by email
– Preparing BL to vessel owner / shipper for export activity

3. BUSINESS MARKETING STAFF

Job Descriptions:
– Make regular sales call or visiting for new potential account or existing account
– Well maintain the existing customer and potential customers by updating them any change or new service
– Building up the customer database
– Collecting the information from the customer and the competitors
– Making regular or irregular reports of the services in self-group

Requirements:
– Having a bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
– Fresh graduate is prefer
– Excellent written & spoken English
