EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE

Requirements :
-Educational requirements: minimum D3 any field
-Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantage
-At least 1 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry/shipping agency is a must
-Computer literate
-Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
-able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints

Job Description :
-Process Document to Shipping Line, send pre-alert to T/S or POD as well as Co-ordinate with all department, colleague and manager to improve KPI
-Handle customer complaints and to Ensure all concerned documentation submitted by customers within a day will be done completely in a timely manner
-Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely
-Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents
