REGIONAL HEAD

Job Description:
– Monitor the achievement of sales targets for the team of Regional Agency Manager
– Resolve agency issues in the sales office and its coverage area
– Collaborate with owners and PIC GA to build territories through sales programs, recruiting, coaching, promotion and activation of agents

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– Experience in the insurance or financial services industry minimum 3 years as a manager
– Proven leadership and management skills
– Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Fluent in English and Mandarin
– Willing to Business Trip, especially in the coverage area to directly monitor the subordinate
– Placement : North Sumatera (Medan)
