1. NETWORKING (MEDAN)

Job Requirements:
· Candidate have minimum educational background of D3/S1 Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
· At least 2 years’ experience in network i.e. LAN & WAN administration, firewall administration, load balancers administration, IP routing protocol administration, VLAN
· Experience in implementing and supporting Cisco, Aruba switches and Palo Alto Firewalls
· Strong Communication Skills
· Attentive to details and willingness to learn
· Able to multitask and work under tight schedule

Responsibilities:
· Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas
· Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability
· Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response
· Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken
· Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to insure the continuing operation and optimization of the network

2. IT SERVER SPECIALIST (MEDAN)

Job Requirements:
· A diploma or degree in Computer Studies / Information Technology
· Candidates with experience in Setup & Troubleshoot Server-server (Windows/Linux)
· Candidates with experience in setup server Virtual Machine (VMWare)
· Candidates with experience in Setup & troubleshoot Network Access Storage, setup & manage server Active Directory
· An innovative self-starter who strive for process improvement
· Strong communication skills and able to work independently
· Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
· Proficient in spoken & written English
· Minimum experience as Hosting 2yr

Responsibilities:
· Setup & Troubleshoot Server-server (Windows/Linux) & Homedisk
· setup server Virtual Machine (VMWare)
· Setup & troubleshoot Network Access Storage, setup & Manage server Active Directory
· Check/ monitor backup
