STORE AREA SUPERVISOR

Job Function
Store Area Supervisor is responsible for multiple Retail Stores in the assigned area. This role will oversee store management in attaining maximum profitability and productivity as well as implement and maintain company policies for stores within an area. The store area supervidor provides direction and consultation to Store Heads within a geographic area to ensure delivery of superior service and product as well as maximize profits. This role also perform human resources functions to ensure that staff are selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee all store operations in assigned area on a daily basis
2. Be a role model and administer company policies and procedures
3. Establish store level of expectations and guidelines
4. Assist the Store Heads in evaluating sales trends and create methods for sales growth
5. Monitor inventory control and meet inventory goals
6. Remain current on new products, demonstrate knowledge of products
7. Develop and implement all SOP regarding operational and ensure optimal and effective day-to-day operations
8. Investigates, resolves and responds to customer complain
9. Conduct disciplinary actions as needed
10. Responsible for continous improvement and working towards sales target and cost budget

Requirements
– Bachelor degree (S1), or equivalent work experience
– Minimum 5 years multi-store management experience in retail industry
– Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
– Strong analytical thinking, managerial and communication skill
– Strong operational skills and knowledge of sales techniques in a customer-service environment
– Results orientation, demonstrate a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results
– Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
– Highly professional and self confident, ethical with unquestioned integrity
– Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to drive continous improvement
