Lowongan Kerja BUMN S1 Di PT Berdikari Persero November 2019 – PT Berdikari (Persero) berdiri sejak 1966 dengan nama PT Pilot Proyek Berdikari berdasarkan Keputusan Presidium Kabinet Ampera Republik Indonesia No. 01/EK/KEP/1966 tanggal 12 Agustus 1966.
Pada Maret 2018 PT Berdikari (Persero) mulai mengembangkan bisnis ayam yang dimulai dengan melakukan impor GPS (Grand Parent Stock) sebanyak 36 ribu ekor. Sampai saat ini, PT Berdikari (Persero) masih fokus dalam bidang peternakan ayam terintegrasi.

1. CORPORATE SECRETARY
Qualification
– Degree in Law, Management or other related fields from a reputable university.
– Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
– Specialist knowledge of business law, company secretarial practice, protocol and corporate governance best practice.
– Strong ability to build strong professional working relationship across all boundaries and levels.
– Strategic thinking skills to work with the CEO and executive management team to set direction.
– Good communication skills.
2. GROUP HEAD OF POULTRY
Qualification
– Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine from a reputable university.
– Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
– Strategic thinking skills to work with the CEO and executive management team to set direction.
– Excellent problem solving capacity, with demonstrated ability for considerable analysis and sound judgement to find solution in a complex environment with shifting and competing priorities.
3. GROUP HEAD OF HR
Qualification
– Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Law from a reputable university preferably with Professional HR Certification.
– Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
– HR leader with excellent technical skills, especially in the areas of OD, Talent Management, Training and Benefits & Rewards Management
– Possess high level of business acumen and excellent stakeholder management.
– Strong ability to build strong professional working relationship across all boundaries and levels.
– Strategic thinking skills to work with the CEO and executive management team to set direction.
– The conceptual skills to shape the organization to meet tomorrow’s demographic challenges.
– Possess strong financial acumen to broadly balance resources and understand the financial implications and trade offs of investments in every aspect of the business, including talent.
4. GROUP HEAD OF MARKETING & SALES
Qualification
– Degree (preferably Masters) from a reputable university. One in Marketing is a huge plus.
– 10 years of working experience in marketing, with recent experiences from Retail or FMCG Company (the last 3-4 years) and at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
– Solid experiences in handling all types of marketing initiatives (BTL, ATL, Digital).
– Ability to adapt to change and flexibility, with strong penchant for prioritising timeliness and efficiency.
– Impeccable communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and managerial capabilities.
– Excellent project management skills are required, as is a proven track record developing markets.
5. Head of Internal Audit
Qualification
– Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
– Minimum 10 years of working experience in BPK, BPKP, Public Accounting (i.e. Big 4 Accounting Firms) and/or internal audit with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
– Professional audit relevant certification – Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
– Excellent understanding of internal control concepts and experience evaluating and determining the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner.
– Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills that help facilitate interactions with business partners.
– Proven experience leading successful teams.
– Experience in coordinating external audits and auditors.
6. Head of Public Relation Department
Qualification
– Degree in Journalism, Public Relation, or other related fields from a reputable university.
– Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
– Experience handling a press conference.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to pitch to the media.
– Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
– Ability to run Public Relation campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
– Deadline oriented, inquisitive, with great follow up and reporting skills.
– Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
– Project and budget management skills.

7. Head of People Development Department
Qualification

Qualification
– Degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields from a reputable university.
– 2 years of working experience or Fresh Graduate with passion in Front End Development.
– Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
– Hands-on experience in using WordPress Framework & WHMCS.
– Proficient with version control systems (Git).

Qualification
– Degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related fields.
– 2 years of working experience or Fresh Graduate with passion in managing PR events and Graphic Design.
– Strong network and relationship with general business, media contacts, entertainment trade press/analyst/blogger communities, and particularly with business media houses.
– A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs.
