EVENT & COMMUNITY STAFF

Responsibility :
– Creating and managing our events calendar.
– Developing event concepts.
– Managing event budgets.
– Coordinating logistical elements.
– Organizing marketing material.
– Engaging with vendors and arranging security.
– Liaising with speakers and preparing speaking notes.
– Raise company awareness
– Post-event reporting.

Requirements:
– Male
– Expert communication skills
– Strong technical knowledge
– Interpersonal skills
– Domiciled in Medan
– Able to join immediately
– University graduated , with working project management experience min. 2 years is preferred
