CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (MEDAN)

Continuous Improvement Specialist is generally responsible for facilitating discussion across business units to drive the industry agenda on continuous improvement cooperative working, and project management of the Efficiency Task Force.

Responsibilities :
– Act as a change agent by challenging stakeholders and anchoring the continuous improvement culture in the business unit.
– Develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy in the business unit.
– Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects, able to conduct training and workshops to drive cultural change in the business unit

Qualifications :
– Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
– Minimum 3 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
– Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping, with problem solving techniques, like PDCA, 5 whys.
– Ability to set up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’Work Out’ sessions with a range of dept. (incl. Experience in process/value stream mapping).
– Experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions (project experience).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior managers, and subject matter experts.
– Strong analytical, project, and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
– Experience in the whole project life cycle, ability to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between.
