OPERATION STAFF

Job Desc :
– Maintaining asset and facilities
– Maintaining members parking
– Welcoming members and visitors
– Maintaining cleanliness
– Keeping everything in good working order, from the copier to the WiFi, and other facilities
– Setting up and administering technology, like an iPad visitor sign-in app and etc.
– Managing a mailroom, received and delivering packages, and more
– On/offboarding new Members
– Setting up and breaking down meeting/event venue
– Follow up billing payment from members and clients

Requirements:

– Male/ Female
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Strong technical knowledge
– Able to work individually or in a team
– Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
– Hospitality
– Domiciled in Medan
– Able to join immediately
– University graduated
