Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2010 di Jakarta oleh Nadiem Makarim.

Saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga kerja professional untuk ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai:

DISTRICT SALES MANAGER (MEDAN)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
– Design an overall district merchant strategy (encompassing both hunting and farming motion), followed by implementation and execution of the plan to ensure business objectives are achieved, also the leads generation based on priority.
– Oversee and manage the performance of a team of Account Executives, including providing regular coaching/mentoring.
– Build and maintain relationships with the network of Small & Medium Businesses in the district.
– Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
– Identify skill gaps and conduct training to the sales team.
– Supervise sales team members on a daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
– Work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, etc.) to ensure that sales strategies and merchant activities are aligned with the overall regional and nation-wide company objectives.
– Ensure that the sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
– Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
– Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
– Identify new sales opportunities within existing merchant accounts by up-selling and cross-selling existing products.
– Translate consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trend to Regional & Head office to refine the overall district strategy.
– Work closely with the account executive on the field, to help or approach personally the key merchants on his/her respective areas.
– Build strong relationships with top 40 key merchants for business growth in his/her district.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum of bachelor’s degree (S1) from top local or overseas universities.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within mid-to-senior management function. Preferable industries: unicorn tech-company, top multinational FMCG, SMB Banking and big-3 Telco company.
– Preferably native or has spent significant time (>2 years) in representatives’ area; strong network and knowledge about the district.
– Has an existing relationship or able to bridge, develop and maintain a good relationship with a key partner such as but not limited to local/regional government stakeholders, 3rd party partners, merchant associations, communities, etc.
– Possess strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors.
– Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development and mentoring/coaching.
– Fact-based/number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
