Saat ini PT. Artha Motor Lestari sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:

AFTER SALES MANAGER (MEDAN)

Requirements:
– Maximum 38 years old
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or equivalent.
– Required language(s): English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Make and implement KPI target, for monthly,quarterly, and annualy period
2 Supervise service team
3. Achieve target of unit entry workshop (repair, regular service & warranty)
4. Build and develop a service and spare part team which is competent, dedicated and efficient
5. AR / AP controlling workshop
6. Monitoring and controling day to day after sales service activity
7. Analyze problems and complaints form customers
