RECRUITMENT MANAGER (PLACED IN MEDAN)

Requirement:
– Male or Female, max 45 years old
– Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
– 10 years of experience handling HR Dept or Minimum have 2 years experience as Recruitment Manager
– Have a strong recruitment skill and have a proven rate of fulfilling recruitment needs
– Understand end to end recruitment process (include. Sourcing, screening until onboarding)
– Ability to multitask and result-oriented.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Possess good analytical thinking, dynamic, creative, tough and fast-learner.
