Business System Analyst (BSA)
Position to be placed in Medan

Requirements :
– Active English communication skills is a must.
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
– 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, BI, Data Warehouse, or Analytics projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Experience working with business stakeholders, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Trading, Plantation, or FMCG.
– Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, and project delivery.
– Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, AWS Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
– Good knowledge of SQL, data mapping, data validation, and data warehouse concepts.
– Understanding of KPI, dashboard/reporting, data visualization, and data quality.
– Experience with SIT, UAT, test cases, defect management, and project documentation.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :
– Gather and analyze business requirements.
– Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
– Translate business needs into functional/system requirements.
– Work with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
– Support data analysis, mapping, validation, and reporting.
– Develop and maintain documentation, user stories, and use cases.
– Support SIT, UAT, testing, and issue resolution.
– Help ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
