Saat ini PT. Apex Nusantara Indo sedang membuka lowongan kerja di Medan untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
📍 Penempatan: Medan

Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Charming, talkative, and communicative with a pleasant personality
• Have owns transportation (car preferred)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Motivated, hardworking, and able to work in a team
• Experience in Marketing/Sales for building material/construction/architect are preferable
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the architectural coating, paint, or building materials industry.
• Strong network within the construction, property development, and design industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Descriptions:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: contractors, developers, interior design consultants, and architectural firms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads within the building and construction industry.
• Present and promote products to clients through product demonstrations, technical consultations, and sales presentations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Continuously expand product and industry knowledge to better serve clients and offer innovative solutions.
