Lowongan Kerja S1 Di North Star Logistics Branch Medan Juli 2022 – North Star Logistics is a transportation/trucking/railroad company based out of 740 Casckay Dr, Conway, Arkansas, United States. We are newly opening a branch office in Medan this year and we are looking for teams to grow with us.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :
– Looking for new potential customers and creating sales strategies.
– Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign.
– Research and develop a marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy.
– Stay up-to-date on current market situations.
– Understand customer needs and solutions to potential customers.
– Meet and exceed sales targets.
– Manage negotiation with potential new customers.
– Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
– Maintain good relationships with shipping lines and other vendors.

Qualifications :
– Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
– Min. 3 years of sales experience in a logistics company.
– Have a customer database.
– Experience in shipping line/ Freight Forwarder company is a plus.
– Have good presentation and analysis skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
– Strong ability to focus on customer/market.
