Saat ini PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, Tbk sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:

PROJECT MANAGER MEDAN

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
– Manage and lead the project team
– Analytical with good planning and organizational skills also strongly result focused.
– Adaptable and able to respond to change
– Work closely with related team

Qualification :
– Age between 40-45 years old.
– Minimum 10-15 years experience and min. 5 years experience as a Project Manager in mix-use or high rise building (apartment or hotel) at contractor or in-house developer’s team.
– Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from reputable university or Master Degree (S2) from reputable or overseas university.
– Have strong leadership/management competencies to manage and lead the project team as well as a team player.
– Problem solving orientation.
– Analytical with good planning and organizational skills also strongly result focused.
– Adaptable and able to respond to change.
– High personal integrity & good level of problem analysis skills
– IT knowledge : CAD, E-Tab, Microsoft Project, Sketch up (beneficial), MS Office & Power Point.
– Excellent communication & presentation skills both in Indonesia & English (writing & conversation) with an ability to build strong relationship.
– Able to work at flexible hour & under pressure
