DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE

Job Description :
– Process Document to Shipping Line, send pre-alert to T/S or POD as well as Co-ordinate with all department, colleague and manager to improve KPI
– Handle customer complaints and to Ensure all concerned documentation submitted by customers within a day will be done completely in a timely manner
– Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely
– Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents

Requirements :
– Educational requirements: minimum D3 any field
– Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantage
– At least 1 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry/shipping agency is a must
– Computer literate
– Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
– able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints
