CUSTOMER SERVICE (MEDAN)

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Responsible for customer service standard achievement.
– Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Develop Customer Experience Operational Excellence.
– Manage Customer Excellence Agent Performance.
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via phone/website/e-commerce/market/social media/social chat (WA/Line).
– Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
– Recommend services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

QUALIFICATION
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in high school or related field.
– Have the ability to listening skills, multitasking, negotiation, problem solving skills.
– Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
– Willing to work in a shift system and good command of english
