CHIEF ADMINISTRATION (MEDAN)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Controling pettycash and products daily stock opname in AMO (Area Marketing Office)
2. Verify daily sales report
3. Verify and ensure daily cash balance.
4. Prepare employee absent recapitulation, daily allowance to HO report
5. Controling all activity and administrations in AMO

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
– Having experience worked in Tobacco or FMCG Company.
– Advance in Excel
– Good communication ability.
– Analytic skills & creative thinking.
– Strong leadership.
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Would be a plus if you are:
1. Out of the box person.
2. Challenger characteristic.
3. Preferably Supervisor/Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Administration, Finance, Logistics, Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
