Loker D3 S1 Di PT North Star Logistics Branch Office Medan Juli – North Star Logistics is a transportation/trucking/railroad company based out of 740 Casckay Dr, Conway, Arkansas, United States. We are newly opening a branch office in Medan this year and we are looking for teams to grow with us.

EXPORT – IMPORT CS / SALES ASSIST.

Responsibilities
-Export & Import documentation and customer service.
-Follow SOP in the performance of all operational processes.
-Coordinate with agents, liners, trucking, field ops, and customers for timely manner shipment.
-Follow up on the job with other related departments.
-Check and monitor weekly/monthly reports as required.
-Proactively advise and support the sales team on pricing and job results.

Qualifications:
-Minimum diploma degree (D3) from any major.
-Have 2 years of work experience as a customer service export (EXIM) in the logistics/freight forwarding/shipping company field.
-Have deep knowledge about export-import shipments.
-Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
-Able to speak English both orally and written.
-Have good communication skills both orally and in writing, including the ability to make reports and business correspondence.
-Hardworking, good adaptation, and high achievement.
-Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
