MARKETING SUPPORT

Job Description :
– Assist in the implementation and monitoring of marketing activities (both offline and online)
– Prepare reports on marketing events, promotions, and campaigns
– Manage and update customer or prospect databases
– Support the administrative needs of the marketing team
– Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding promotional needs
– Serve as a liaison between clients and the marketing team when necessary

Qualifications:
– Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in any major
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team player
– Residing in Medan or willing to be based in Medan
