CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MEDAN BRANCH)

Requirements:
– Able to start with short notice is advantage
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and monitoring of shipment
– Coordinate internally with sales
– At least 2 years of working experience in NVOCC/ Isotank New Medan Branch Office at Forum 9, requiries multiple positions.
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
