STAFF ADMIN SALES MEDAN (MATERNITY LEAVE)
Job Description:
Responsible to support of sales needs in administration.
Core Responsibilities:
– Input & print DO/DR , Control credit limit sales order
– Check CN & make evidence discount of CN & FOC to dealer
– collection large cash accounts & collection report to Jakarta
– Sales Collection daily report to Jakarta
– Control & check overdue SOA
– Open blocking of sales order
– Control & check hand giro & due date
– control stock of warehouse branch (by data) , propose displacement of stock repair / non repair , propose adjustment stock
– Coordinate with head of warehouse branch for logistic problem
– Coordinate with cashier for receipt transfer money of large cash account & small cash account
– SOA report with admin collection central office
– Giro rejected & Cancelled report to central office
– sales closing (matching price & discount, FOC, CN, faktur)
– collection closing ( matching money receipt, totally collection & giro in hand )
– report total sales & collection
Competencies Required:
– Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) from Management, Business Administration, and related field
– Able to use SAP System
– Fluent in English would be an advantage
– Have a passion an Sales Area
– Mature, hard worker, smart and fast learner
– Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
– Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
– Computer literature: Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point), System Database, Input Program.
– Self-driven, well organized, persistent, can adapt to any requirement quickly, and can work under pressure
– Details oriented, numbers friendly
– Sociable, humble, and good interpersonal skill
Personality:
– Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
– Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
– Have initiative
