BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD (MEDAN AREA)

Description:
1. As a team leader and manage a Business Development team for SME Supply/Demand Acquisition.
2. Responsible for driving new revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
3. Do market research and provide solution as a customer needs.
4. Establish and maintain relationship with existing or potential transporter or shipper as a business partners.

Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing Management, Communication, Business, or related major.
– Minimum has 2-3 years experiences as key account, marketing, sales and related field.
– Target Driven.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
– Having related experiences in logistics or startup companies.
