Sr. MANAGER FULLFILLMENT OPS (Jakarta, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a high performing Sr. Manager Fulfillment Ops who has >4 years experience in handling multiple warehouses at one time. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for maximizing the fulfillment process so the business can run smoothly.

What Are The Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field. Coming from a well-known university is preferable.
>4 years of relevant experience as a warehouse/operations manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Experience in handling multiple warehouses at one time.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment; experience in e-commerce start-ups is preferable.
Able to build strong working relationships between co-workers.
Superior communication and leadership skills.
Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently.

What Will You Do

Managing full own site project, coordinate with respective departments in meeting performance and project delivery.
Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
Develop storage and distribution models that include factors such as warehouse locations, customer locations, or available transportation modes to maximize operational efficiency or sustainability.
Regularly control physical inventory count to ensure stock and operation accuracy.
Managing site operations from addressing ongoing operational issues at all levels, liaising with the operational management team and staff, and solve the issues to achieve the agreed service level.
Managing operation resources to be able to make the project is efficient, productive, and accurate. Ensure all activities running effectively by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Respond to customers’ or shippers’ questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
Conduct risk assessment for operation activity and mitigate the risk to ensure safety at work and security at the warehouse.
Reinforce continuous process, quality, and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practices and technological advancement.
