HEAD OF OPERATIONAL (Penempatan: MEDAN)

Job Description
1. Responsible for the profit & loss performance of business unit
2. Responsible for the overall direction and all aspects of the retail operation including physical inventory, general growth and strategic growth plans for the business unit reporting directly to General Manager.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations
4. Lead the team towards achieving the common goal
Review on the performance of the team by productivity measurement and goal achievement
5. Identify and analyze market trends, changing needs, and expectations of customers to constantly improve food quality and service
6. Identify costumers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
7. Identify and develop business opportunities by highlighting potential breakthroughs in areas of cost improvement or revenue growth
8. Analyze market, competitor and customer to support the strategic management process

JAPANESE CHEF (Penempatan: MEDAN)

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) in Culinary with minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine of which 3 years are in Sushi and Sashimi Counter or equivalent
2. Broad understanding of the fundamental of japanese food
3. Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge
4. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
5. Strong analytical and organizational skills
6. Able to work in a fast – paced environment, effectively manage workload to meet deadline while ensuing a high standard of quality
7. Willing to be place in MEDAN
