Lowongan Kerja S1 Di Regal Springs Group Medan Desember 2020 – PT Aquafarm Nusantara adalah cikal bakal dari Regal Springs Group yang terkenal di dunia dan didirikan pada tahun 1988 di Wunut, Jawa Tengah. Bergerak di bidang pengembangan dan ekspor ikan tilapia atau di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus).

CAPEX & Project (Business Process Excellence) Manager

Requirements:
– Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of Engineering from reputable university;
– Minimun 7 years working experience exposed to project management of capital spending/investment and business proces excellence across multiple business units stakeholders;
– Strong leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills;
– Able to combine financial knowledge with technical perspective and attention to detail;
– Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies in multiple business operation;
– Having Six Sigma certification and aquaculture knowledge are preferable;
– Must possess high integrity;
– Individual contributor role;
– Business english speaking & writing;
– Willing to be based in Medan (North Sumatera)
