Bersama salah satu anak perusahaannya, PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 1992, GAR termasuk pengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit terintegrasi terbesar di dunia.

Saat ini Sinar Mas membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi berikut:

HR INDUSTRIAL RELATION ASSISTANT MANAGER
(PLACEMENT: MEDAN)

Job Descriptions :
– Developing labor policies.
– Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union.
– Managing grievance procedures.
– Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc.
– Advising management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as contract negotiations.
– Advising the HR staff to ensure compliance with the union contract.
– Consulting with members of the executive HR staff regarding personnel policies.
– Developing and revising union contracts.
– Meeting with elected union officials.
– Leading monthly labor management meetings.
– Preparing paperwork related to labor relations assignments.

Job Requirements :
– Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resource, Law or equivalent
– Having min 5 years of working experience as HR Industrial Relation
– Familiar with labor policies
– Good in communication skill and negotiating skill
– Fluent in English
– Willing to be located in Medan
