LEAD OF MERCHANDISER (MEDAN)

Job Desc:
– Develop and implement merchandising strategy, both visual merchandising and product mix.
– Monitor market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities
– Creating planograms, performing floor moves and ensuring that all products are placed based on the listing paid
– Maximise listing / advertising / promotional advertisements
– Develop and maintain positive relationship with all vendors, as well as negotiating trading terms also research new direct suppliers
– Work closely with operational team to monitor and analyse business performance

Job Req:
– Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Studies/Administration/Management/relevant
– Min. 3 Year(s) of working experience in the FMCG business / similar role.
– Proven working experience as Merchandiser in FMCG industry
– Strong merchandising skills and extensive product knowledge (planogram, ERP system)
– Have an excellent communication skill
– Must be creative and self – motivated individual who is also a team player
– Strong attention to detail
– Fluent in English is a must
